Delivery is free on every MyBitzz order, anywhere in the United Kingdom. There is no minimum spend. Orders arrive in 3-15 working days. Every order is tracked, and you get the tracking link by email as soon as it is on its way.
How long it takes and what it costs

Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays. Every estimate counts from the day you order, and includes the 1-5 working days it normally takes to dispatch.
Tracking your order
You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating after that, which is normal and not a sign anything is wrong. See track your order if it seems to have stalled.
If something goes wrong
Email contact@mybitzz.com with your order number. If a parcel has genuinely gone missing we refund or replace it, and we do not ask you to chase the courier yourself. Full terms are on our returns page.
What you pay on delivery
UK orders are priced to include delivery, and almost every parcel arrives with nothing more to pay, wherever it ships from. On the rare high-value order, UK customs rules mean a charge can apply. When that happens it is collected by the courier on delivery, and it is not something we add to your order. Most orders are nowhere near the value where this applies, and where an item ships from our UK stock it cannot apply at all. Northern Ireland has customs rules of its own, set out below.
Northern Ireland
Delivery to Northern Ireland is free, as it is everywhere in the UK. An order sent from outside the UK can take a few days longer to reach Northern Ireland. On some of those orders, the courier may ask you to pay import VAT or duty before delivering it. Items from our UK stock arrive as usual.
Where we ship
The United Kingdom only, for now: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. One country means one delivery promise we can keep, and a problem we can sort out quickly. Each product page carries the estimate for that particular item before you buy.
