Where we deliver

United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). More countries will be added as we grow.

Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1 working day. You receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times and cost

• UK standard (tracked): usually 3–7 working days. Delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay — most items ship free.
• Some items are sent directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses; when an item ships from outside the UK the product page shows a longer estimate (typically 7–15 working days) before you buy. We pay any import charges — there is never anything to pay on delivery.

Tracking and problems

Track your parcel with the link in your dispatch email. If tracking has not moved for 10 working days past the estimate, email support@mybitzz.com and we will resend or refund.

Delivery address

Please check your address at checkout. Contact us immediately if you need to change it — we can usually help before dispatch.
