Shipping policy

Where we deliver

The United Kingdom only: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship anywhere else, and that includes the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, which are outside the UK for customs purposes. More countries will be added as we grow, and this policy will say so before they are.

Dispatch

How soon your parcel leaves depends on where the item is stocked, and the product page says which applies to it:

• UK-stocked items: dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order.
• Items sent directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses overseas: dispatched within 1-3 working days.
• Marketplace-supplied items: dispatched within 2-5 working days.

You receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times and cost

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend, and the estimate for your item is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay. Estimates count from the day you order, and include the time it takes to dispatch your parcel.

• UK-stocked items: usually 3-7 working days.
• Items sent directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses overseas: typically 7-12 working days.
• Marketplace-supplied items: typically 5-15 working days.

The product page always shows the estimate for that particular item.

Orders with more than one item. Items with different estimates are sent from different places and arrive as separate parcels, each on its own estimate and each with its own tracking. There is never an extra delivery charge for this.

Customs and import charges

• England, Scotland and Wales: almost every order arrives with nothing more to pay. On the rare high-value order sent from outside the UK, UK customs rules mean import VAT, and sometimes duty, can apply. If it does, the courier collects it from you before delivery, sometimes with a handling fee of its own, and it is not part of your order total. Items from our UK stock are not affected.
• Northern Ireland: Delivery to Northern Ireland is free, as it is everywhere in the UK. An order sent from outside the UK can take a few days longer to reach Northern Ireland. On some of those orders, the courier may ask you to pay import VAT or duty before delivering it. Items from our UK stock arrive as usual.

If we ever open a destination where charges routinely apply, this policy and the product page will say so clearly before you buy.

Tracking and problems

Track your parcel with the link in your dispatch email. If tracking has not moved for 10 working days past the estimate, email contact@mybitzz.com and we will resend or refund.

Delivery address

Please check your address at checkout. Contact us immediately if you need to change it; we can usually help before dispatch.
