Terms of service

Last updated: 19 August 2026

These terms apply to every purchase from MyBitzz. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

1. About us

MyBitzz is a UK online retailer. Contact support@mybitzz.com for any question about an order.

2. Your order

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you a dispatch confirmation; until then we may decline an order (for example if an item is unavailable, priced in error, or we cannot deliver to your address). If we decline after payment we refund you in full.
  • Prices include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We may correct obvious pricing errors. If an item's correct price is higher than stated, we will contact you before dispatch so you can choose to proceed or cancel for a full refund.

3. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout; see our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If an item has not arrived within 10 working days of the estimated date, contact us and we will resend or refund.

4. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You have a 14-day right to cancel and statutory rights for faulty goods — see our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Product information

We try to describe products accurately. Colours may vary slightly by screen. Products are for domestic use unless stated otherwise; follow any instructions and safety information supplied.

6. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not liable for business losses.

7. Intellectual property

All site content is owned by or licensed to MyBitzz and may not be reused without permission.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales (or Scotland / Northern Ireland if you live there) and you may bring a claim in your local courts. If you are unhappy with how we handled a complaint you can contact Citizens Advice (0808 223 1133) or use an alternative dispute resolution service.
