For the desk that already has a rubber duck on it
Every office has one. A small duck on the monitor stand, a row of figures along the windowsill, someone who always stops at a shelf of tiny things.
From 1 December they get a new acrylic duck every morning. By Christmas Eve the whole flock is lined up by the keyboard, and the desk is unmistakably theirs.
Why it works
What December looks like with it
One new duck each morning from the first of December. By Christmas Eve there is a flock of 24 on the shelf, and a collector in your life has had a reason to smile every day.
-
A new duck each day
A surprise figure every morning, so there is always a new duck to spot and place.
-
A flock by Christmas Eve
The set builds day by day until all 24 stand together on the desk or the windowsill.
-
A set to keep
24 collectible figures in one box, a set that stays on the shelf once December is done.
-
Small enough to wrap
A compact box that tucks into a stocking or sits neatly under the tree.

Something small to look forward to each morning
December mornings are dark and busy. A duck to find with the first coffee is a small, silly reason to smile before the day starts.
The figures are acrylic, a clear, rigid plastic, so they keep. Once December is over, the set stays out on the shelf where everyone can see it.
