Christmas questions, answered
When will my order arrive?
Orders arrive in 3-15 working days. Each product page shows its own estimate before you buy, so check it for anything you need by the 25th.
Is there a last order date for Christmas?
Order by Monday 30 November for delivery by Wednesday 23 December. Orders placed after that still go out, but they may arrive after Christmas.
Can I send a present straight to someone?
Yes. Put their name and address in the delivery details at checkout and the parcel goes to them. The tracking link comes to you, so you can see when it lands.
Can I return something to MyBitzz?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us, and a further 14 days to post it back. Faulty items are covered for 30 days. Email contact@mybitzz.com with your order number and we will send the return address.
How much is delivery?
Nothing. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, whatever you spend.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only, which is a deliberate choice: one country lets us quote a delivery time we can actually keep and sort out any problem quickly. If that changes we will say so here first.
