Questions, answered

Are these real flowers?

No. The roses are polyester, made to look like preserved flowers. They are decorative, so they need no water or light.

Which colour should I choose?

Pick black or white from the options on this page. Each is sold as one, two or four boxes, so choose the number you want to give.

How do I keep the petals soft?

Keep the box somewhere dry and out of direct sun. A bedside table, dresser or shelf away from the window works well.

Do I need to write a card?

There is an I love you design on the box, so the message is already there. You can add a card of your own if you like.

What does delivery cost, and how long does it take?

Delivery is free and tracked on every order. This item arrives within 5-15 working days of ordering, and is dispatched within the first 2-5 working days. If your basket holds items with different estimates they arrive as separate parcels, each on its own estimate, and this page always shows the estimate for this item.
